If I operate a home-office in a residential zone like Avondale, does the 15% Presumptive Tax apply to my entire property's 'deemed' rental value, or only the specific rooms used for trade?
I live in my house but use the cottage for my consulting business. I'm seeing conflicting info online about ZIMRA’s definition of 'business premises.' If I don't register this property for the new rental tax because 80% is my home, could I be hit with a massive back-tax bill during a future audit?
