Industrial technicians, multi generational families, and artisans who work in the nearby Workington and Southerton heavy industrial zones. The real estate play is its proximity to work. Rental demand is relentless from the blue collar workforce. However, the proximity to factories means air quality can be poor and noise levels are high.
