Living in Chisipite is peaceful and leafy, but you have to be your own utility provider to stay comfortable. Because city services are unreliable, daily life depends on having a borehole for water and a solar system for electricity; without these, the "dry taps" and power cuts will be a constant struggle. Traffic gets very heavy around the local schools in the morning and mid-afternoon, but the trade-off is a safe, friendly neighborhood with great cafes and a short drive to the rest of Harare. It is a beautiful place to live, provided you have the equipment to handle the infrastructure gaps.
