It used to be quiet, but now the vendors use megaphones, and you can almost hear them whilst you're still not yet in town. When it rains, it's barely walkable, and roads will be muddy as most of them are not tarred. The buildings seem deserted, it's not like what it used to be 5 years ago. Since it is still a small town, one would have expected it to keep improving and growing, not deteriorate.
